Paid Services Agreement

The Turkish version prevails in case of conflict.
1. Parties and scope
This agreement is concluded electronically between Design for Good LLC ("Company") and the member organisation ("Customer") for paid services ordered from the panel. The Membership Agreement forms part of it. The Customer is a merchant; consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
2. Services and fees

Taxes: Fees shown on the site and at checkout do not include taxes. Services are provided from abroad by the Company (USA). Declaring and paying VAT and any other taxes arising from the purchase is the Customer's responsibility (including reverse-charge VAT under Turkish VAT Law No. 3065, Art. 9). Payment: Paid in advance in TRY by card via Stripe. An electronic invoice is issued after payment.
3. Service descriptions
Report publication. PDF up to 20 MB, reviewed within 3 business days for format, readability, policy compliance and obviously misleading claims — the content itself is not audited or endorsed. Published reports remain online at least until 31 December 2027. If rejected, one corrected resubmission is allowed; a second rejection is refunded.
Featured SME. From approval until 30 November 2026 23:59, the profile rotates on the homepage with a "Sponsored" label. Rotation is random and equal; no position or impression count is guaranteed. The profile must be approved.
Press release. Distributed on a confirmed date between 30 October and 30 November 2026. Includes editing, distribution via the national news agency network and high-traffic news sites, publication on the Platform and delivery to press lists built specifically for COP31, environment and climate topics. A distribution report follows within 10 business days. Publication by media outlets is not guaranteed. The Customer is responsible for the content; unlawful releases may be refused and refunded.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Report: full refund before review starts.
- Featured: full refund before going live; none afterwards.
- Press release: full refund up to 5 business days before the scheduled date; 50% afterwards; none after distribution.
- Full refund if the Company cannot deliver. Refunds go to the original card via Stripe.
5. Liability
Limited to the fee paid for the service concerned; no liability for indirect loss, loss of profit or reputation, except for intent and gross negligence.
6. Governing law
