Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Design for Good LLC ("Company"), as data controller, informs you how personal data is processed on smesatcop31.com.

2. Data processed

Identity (name, title); contact (email, phone); customer transactions (membership, orders, payment status, invoices — card data is handled by Stripe and never reaches us); security (IP, session and login logs, consent records, browser data); marketing preference (only with consent).

Account creation and profile publication (contract); organisation verification and content review (legitimate interest, contract); paid services and invoicing (contract, legal obligation); security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, legal obligation); evidence in disputes (establishing or defending rights); public display of contact details (explicit consent); commercial messages (explicit consent).

4. Transfers

Data is transferred to service providers required to run the Platform: Supabase (EU/Frankfurt), Vercel (hosting, abroad), Stripe (payments, USA/Ireland) and an email provider [TBD]. International transfers rely on KVKK Art. 9 — standard contractual clauses notified to the Authority or, where applicable, your explicit consent. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

5. Retention

Membership data: during membership plus 2 years. Invoices and payments: as required by law (at least 10 years). Consent and security logs: 2 years. Marketing consent records: 3 years after withdrawal.

6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to automated decisions against you and claim compensation. Write to [kvkk@smesatcop31.com]; requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
